Cool

I think the track people did the best they could with the track considering it rained all week; still wasn't sticky enough for me to put all my power down with a stick shift. Didn't get my 9 second time slip due to my 60 ft.s being two tenths off.

Running the 1/4 showed me that my clutch is slipping on the big end, so making that adjustment alone might be enough for me to get it even on a marginal track.

I ran a 12.5@128 yesterday. Was on my nitto invo's. Didn't plan on running then did just because. I left in 2nd gear rolled out easy rolling into throttle. Cut some sweet 2.5 60fts. 2-3 shift was kinda scary as it walked out to each side. Had let out get back into it.

Guy at the track yesterday was running 12.0's with a 2011/12 GT.

It had a tune, cat back and a set of drag radials.

Pretty good running 5.0 in town here now. I haven't ran him yet, but he has lost to both my friends cammed ls1 cars. I hear he hung pretty well with my friends ms3 cammed ls1 with no tune. I am really wanting to run a 5.0 to see how it goes tho

Why do people in the 4th gen community insist in running around with an untuned cam.

It amazes me.

No **** that drives me insane.... Especially with that big of a cam! I just put a 224r in mine and I'm getting full street tune tuesday. Limping around with that big of a cam on stock tune is one thing, but to race with it is just stupid. I would doubt it could run to much faster than stock with no tune.

Tune and tire only 5.0 11's. That's another one to do it. I know Guy had hit low 12's before.
