I like colors.

And it's my most recent mod to the 5th gen. Slicks weren't cutting it b/c of 2v torque so I had to get bigger tires.

I'm about to pull the trigger on a stage 3 4l80 with a big ole converter and trans brake.

I'm going to be using the trans brake on the street

Only thing better then an Evo would be an Sti with Evo engine and tranny. I hate how Evos look lol

The wife wouldnt consider a vette and it really wasnt worth the argument. Ill get a vette when I can afford the c6 gs i want.

never been a fan of the evo..but I did do some row racing this evening since its raining..took out my ls powered boat making around 420 fp and whats this..my friend was out in his 5.0 powered boat making a touch over 400(same race weight)..he got me by a bumper every time..true story

You are a 6L80 right? I believe that I read somewhere you need the manual transmission cross-member to make the 4L80e work.. I would contact who you are buying from and ask.

my man, you need to give Jakes a call already. Forward gear trans brake is winning. Just got to swap it in and get it wired up. I mean, my car ain't no sonata turbo, but I make due.

Jakes got me squared away. Pretty simple tbh. My mechanic is ******* handy as **** and knows a **** ton. should be about a 50% difficulty level. Easier than my top end transformation I tthink.

With a Maggie you don't need a huge stall. Maybe a 3000 or even 3200 at most.

Good start. Got buddy that made a hair over 700whp on stock block in his evo 8 tuned by JMS in SA, TX. Spinning he ran 10.4@138.
