Yeah in person he really was a cool dude, and hell I think anyone who has spent any amount of time in the srk section has trolled at some point, but from the way it seemed when I met him even then he was getting more into guns and shooting, hell I've been at that point myself, hence why my car has had barely anything done to it, if I had stayed with cars instead of flip flopping between the two over the past year and a half I probably could have a nice full bolt-on/h/c/I by now,. I'm sure he'll be back at some point, car fever is a hard thing to get rid of completely lol

Yeah! Smite all who don't bow to LS motors! Such an open-minded take on things. I don't see many LSx haters, the Ford "nutswingers" you speak of pretty much all respect the motors (of course a few won't). It's when the attitude of "If it ain't LSx it's not ****!" stinks up the air that **** hits the fan

Edit: Now that I've read up to the last post Kevin (Stopsign) is a cool guy. He respects the LS platform, he just doesn't post about it all the time like some would prefer. I met him at Mustang Week 2 years ago, he's chill and knows what the hell he's talking about. It's entertainment for him to hear **** like he dumped the clutch @ too high of an RPM at the track

Well this is an LS-based site, what do you expect. If we gave two ***** about Ford's, we'd be on SVTP or MustangForums now wouldn't we? Plenty of "GM haters" on the Ford boards but I couldn't care less since I don't hang out over there.

I've already explained why I like this section, there's not really a domestic street racing section on any site on the net that compares to it, IMO, smackdown and TOBT are cool for like 10 mins at a time. I know there's GM haters on those sites, too, some obvious denial. It exists with every motor and its followers. You don't have to like it. I don't hang out here because I dream about owning an LS-anything I'd take it if the right opportunity came up, just like a few other platforms.

Just saying, on any site that's dedicated to a particular "brand" you're going to have your brand loyalists. Just as many people on SVTP that swear the mod motor is the "holy grail" and I don't see you Ford guys complaining about that. Its what keeps the game competitive in my opinion. Without the hate it wouldn't be as much fun shutting people up anyway.

Mods need to chill IMO. 99% of people here are friends and just give each other ****. I think the prob is since mods only chime in once a year in here they take everything out of context.
