I still need to get in a GPS run with mine. Most GPS times I've seen is 60-62 and I've done 62 on my tach on glass one day, so I presume it does OK. Still want something faster!

Haha, the vid is one my boss just showed me on YouTube, so I don't know where Bingo came from. I played college basketball for 4 years, earned my BBA, and then the football coach offered to pay for my first year of MBA if I played football. Did that and now I'm finishing up my MBA this semester. Doesn't sound like falling off to me

I am starting to like it more than NO Xplode. Seems to really help me get more pumps in where I'd normally hit a wall. Alot of these preworkout NO boosters make me want to take a rapid **** during workout. This one is not so bad.

That's the good part about this stuff. Doesn't fill you with water like some protein supplements and all that other crap, plus you only need a half scoop so its low on calories. I take this before, Optimum Super Amino acid pills post, and eat a balanced diet throughout the week. Simple and best of all it works!

NO Xplode is some powerful ****. I can't take that stuff without feeling nauseous during my workout. And I feel you on that last part, I always try to take a **** BEFORE I work out. Lol

You should try it tho. I was stuck repping 315, 2-3x on the flat bench for what seemed like forever. Started taking Assault and now I can rep 315, 5x times on a good day.
I got stuck flat benching 295 for 2-3 reps on the stuff I was using. I think it was a gnc brand I kept gaining in squat and deadlift for some odd reason. Haven't been all that serious in the gym for the past couple months (working a LOT this summer) and its finally slowed down to the point where I can get serious again. I'll have to check that stuff out.

Not really.... It had 10hrs on it when I bought it late last year. I've only had it in the water twice this year. There's been alot of stuff goin on in my life lately. But I got a chance to tinker with it last sunday. I made a intake for it and removed the exhaust resonator. Results....well this evening was the 2nd time in the water. It went 73mph (gps) and picked up 200rpm. I have a intake grate coming that should give it another 2-3mph. I'm done with it then other than I may have to prop it to stay off the rev limiter. I'll be happy with ~75mph.
