So who knows what mod to ask about trader ratings, as you can see mine just dropped from a guy I left negative feedback for because he was a douche during the purchase, my son ended up having to go to the hospital for having a seizure after I had bought them and left me with an unexpected bill, when I tried to ask for a refund somehow he had already shipped the headers but at the same time claimed the reason he couldn't refund my money was because he was on vacation, yet he shipped the headers during the same time, I couldnt wait so I borrowed money from friends and family to cover the bill and told him to forget it, the headers showed up at the end of the week, and then in the end of his reason for the negative feedback he left the ***** said the reason for my indecisive behavior he believes is bc of too much PTSD I mean really what kind of ***** says some **** like that

And I'm pretty sure a comment like that is against the whole no personal attacks guideline of the forum

I dont see anything about PTSD it just says indecisive. Maybe you guys can PM each other and work it out to just delete the feedback? I mean technically you should have left him neutral since you recieved the part, as long as it was as described shitty attitude doesn't constitute neg feedback IIRC.

Well that is another part, these are the same headers I posted a few pages back that are supposed to be pacesetters and the ptsd part is in the longer paragraph he typed that is only visible to me, him and the mods

Yeah, Im new to the whole iTrader system didn't realize I could report ratings and comments, just went that route, and put in my report that I would be willing to change the feedback to neutral but that the comment needed to be delt with

I have people back out on me all the time on here, it gets old sending a **** ton of pictures to someone only to have them lowball the **** out of me selling a car or promise to buy it and back out, but I would understand a family emergency like that. Totally classless

I sent him negative feedback, that's when he felt the need to put negative feedback on me and make the comments he did. I know backing out of something is inconvenient, but when it comes to my not even 2 year old at the time having a seizure his medical bills take priority over headers for my car. Thankfully I had some good friends come through to help me out since this guy felt the need to be a *****,
