no not at all i fined it hilarious that people like you try and be a English teacher on a website when short hand or text English is the norm. Meaning more and more abbreviations are used instead of using proper English. Although it is not as bad as how a certain group of people talk and i mean dey talz lik dis or dayyum dat azz just saying

In the straighline, perhaps… in the overall scope of the car, simply not true.
The C7 is the FIRST example of the new platform the C6Z is the last example of the old line. And the base model of the new platform is producing stellar results. For $60K there's not a better buy to be found on the planet. By this time next year there will be a host of mods for the C7 that will set it out beyond it's predecessor.
It's base design is SO strong… the significantly improved aerodynamics alone, will mean that smaller increases in Torque will produce larger improvements in performance. It's GOT to… Can't NOT do so…

we all know what the LS7 can do its been proven time and time again. i just found a website claiming the new C7 Vette does the 1/4 in 12.2 as far as i know the C6 Z06 still runs the 1/4 in 11.7 that's half a second and honestly if you think that no one will ever be able to shave off the extra .2 to make it in the 11's that's crazy. i once saw a 12.998 on a stock LS1 fbody when i believe R@T and all them was claiming a what 13.2 or so....

The c6 z06 has went 10.9@129 stock. Not saying that is the norm. If we are saying the c7 does 117. The z06 does 125ish stock. That's like an 8mph difference. How is the the z06 not "better" or faster?
If you want to compare best times the as I showed above has went 10's bassicly stock. Comparing et's is kinda dumb to me though. btw bone stock c5 z06's have went 11's stock....

OVA, I'm a Vette guy, and the C7 is a nice car, but a few things here are off. The C6Z was not the LAST platform example (first C6Z came out in '06), that would be the ZR1 ('09) or Grandsport ('10). For 60K, a C6Z is by far a better buy performance wise. Now, for a brand NEW car, the C7 is a great performance car buy. All around performance wise, the C6Z and C7 at the track would be a good comparison, but I'd bet the C6Z would still be victorious. That said, the interior of the C7 is hands down the best interior a Vette has ever had.

I guess the same way you went from say the Z06 did a 10.9 stock and then said it did that basically stock....... also did you not see where i admitted that i was wrong or are you just tryin to jump on the band wagon to make you feel better? must suck not having nothing to do but try and act smarter when all your doing is rewording what others have said even after i admitted I was wrong. nice try tho

But Florida in the winter months sees some negative DA's nothing crazy like MIR where magic times seem to pop up but non the less I've seen them in the negative 1200-1500 in Orlando
