Default My first Snake.....DEAD!!!

It was a new body-style mustang gt. I had only taken my car out because my cousin wanted to take a short ride in it. Now I have had this car since last Saturday, and have only seen a handful of stangs....most v-6, the ones that were v-8's were driven by like 50 year-old women. So I see this gt up ahead weaving in and out of traffic......he's game! I follow him until we get up to the front. I drop it to second at about 40mph and blip the throttle. I give him the jump and go to it. I was VERY dissapointed. I left him so easily that I wasnt even sure he was racing until I let up at 90, and he was still accelerating. Ive had more problems catching a new VW. Now, I dont mean to **** off any mustang owners here, but stock gt's are S-L-O-W!

Uhhh, most people refer to "Snakes" as either Cobra's or Vipers. A somewhat nastier bite with faster working neurotoxins.

BTW, Nice Kill.

And we all know mustang gts are slow, it's just a fact of life.

It's ok. You have to be on your p's and q's or you will get called out on here. Don't get discouraged. Keep posting kills.

You have $10K Gray? I can turn that thing into a 700rwhp monster. Nice looking car. It's not a killer, but you already know that. Still fun to drive...

definately, but let me work on getting the money. what are your plans. i have a few things if i can get my hands on an 03 cobra crank and little sohc blowzilla. if i can toss those on and just new throttle body and Mass air meter, and new burned chip, i should be good to go!

what did you have in mind, turbo sounds real good to me.

67mm turbo at only 15psi of boost on a built motor will easily get you 700rwhp. I can have that done for about $10K which is pretty damned good for a turbo kit and motor work.

Something along these lines...

yeah, just wondering, what company do you get the turbos from. and would you do a T-72 with the 76mm inducer on it?? or might that little increase in size be too much for the motor? or would it just be as well go with the full T-76
