Well I'm talking about what the MSRP is for the base cars, or ones that are decently-equipped. I'm sure you could spend way more on a V6 Mustang than you could on a GT, but the V6 Mustang is still a great deal.

It's the V6s that run high 13s/low 14s. The 4cyls run high 14s/low 15s.
