Thanks everyone. I have no doubt the way it pulls and launches it will run faster with more seat time. Even in the sorry as heat.

Final numbers we made 464whp. Wtq was little lower but think cause of different tires. This time had the soft ET Streets 295/55/15 compared to 295/35/18s. Still made 390wtq. Plus car feels stronger.

Were the pulls made in 4th or 5th gear? I know you said your original numbers were a 4th gear pull..If it was a 5th gear pull thats why your trq numbers are lower.

After talking to guy my car was done in 5th gear. So this time it was done in 5th. In 4th gear it made about 3wtq more and about 4 hp less.

He said tires combined with gears(4.10) will show a little less power. Also 4th/5th gears will vary also.

I drove my buddies 5.0 this past weekend. He has 3.73's, CAI, Magnaflow CB and a 93 octane Lund tune. I was very impressed to say the least, just great all around cars. His dyno'd 415 at the wheels. As soon as my car is tuned next week (just got the cam in) we are going to do a few roll-ons.

Again nice runs!
Which is why people have been saying that you must be seeing drivers who aren't quite used to their cars yet, running in not-so-great conditions. Because that's exactly what happened in this thread. When he goes back to the track in December or January and cracks off a low 11, is that going to be less realistic?

When I get a new job . But that still doesn't have anything to do with the valid point that I made.

To answer your question: Don't be so dense. He won't run low 11's with that setup, not without weight reduction. Just ask Ohio.

Oh, and your point was far from valid. As usual.

Ok, my point wasn't valid at all. The guy has been back in the country for less than a month, this is only his first or second time driving the car at the track, it was 90+ degrees outside... but yet the times that he quoted with people who were very familiar with their cars, at ~0 DA are "unrealistic" because it's not what YOU see at the track. Seems to me, that you see a lot of people driving who aren't very familiar with their cars and run in so-so DA. Right? Gotcha.

I'll let Ohio tell you since you're so hard headed. This is from a couple pages back.
