Default GTO vs SRT4 vs 07 CTSV

I got called out by a buddy of mine, who owns an srt4. We raced before, back when we both near stock. I beat him pretty good. So he added a larger turbo(57 trim), and I add some stuff and we ran again.

When we went out, a random ctsv followed us, commenting on how he has crushed GTOs. So me and the srt line up, and the caddy joins us for a 3 way. Our first run was a 30 roll, I hook, while the srt spins, and I pull a good 4 cars on him, and maybe 3 cars on the ctsv, before letting off at about 90.

The next run we go a little higher, and we run from a 40. I honk it off, and start pulling hard. This time, I pull about 3 cars on the srt, the ctsv tries again, but let's off early. We ran to a little under 100 with me about 3 cars ahead.

With the ctsv gone, took an exit, we decide to run one more time, from a 60. I honk it off, and start pulling. The srt didn't spin, so I only pulled about 1.5 cars till a little over 100.

I thought the runs were pretty good, but now I can't wait for my heads and a fast, or to start spraying. The srt and ctsv both had no passengers, compared to my extra 300 lbs in passenger and added weight.

I know that I had added weight, but do you guys think he will have a shot when he gets retuned?

Won't be too much different i think, unless he went untuned after he swapped turbos

If he indeed has a 57 trim and its untuned, which is stupid unless hes on low low boost, and he ups the boost to a normal level and has the proper fuel upgrades to go along with it hes going to rape you from a roll. My SRT4 with a 50 trim on 20 pounds made 375 at the wheels and ran away from a 430 rwhp T/A on the highway.

Good runs! Sounds like the V owner had no idea what he was talking about... 112 trap would pull us pretty easy if it was stock!

I was told, by other people, that he pulled a good 5 cars on a stock GTO. I am almost certain there is some sort of bolt-ons, on his car to keep up as well as he did. I expected to murder him.

i thought, that he would get me. It was his lack of traction that killed him.

traction definitely would've helped.

i thought i was gonna get walked by a 380whp evo X from a 30 a few months back, ended up beating him by a fender by 115 when he let out. good thing my car pulls harder in the higher gears.

I am willing to bet that he was on a normal boost level.
