Like I said, with the same mods as the OPer except I had 4.30 gears...there was a STS black turbo SS around and I constantly made him look stupid. 
Once he ran me from a dead stop, now THAT was ugly! I think he gave up after 4 carlengths (3rd gear for me). Shortly after he sold the car.

He's gone through 2 input shafts...(10 spline). I figured the camaro should have quite a bit more potential after he throws some gears and exhaust on. Also swapping it over to the ls6 intake. But hell yeah his cobra was really fast. Only lost to my built 2000 gt by like 5 cars.

Vette is mine...
on the 40 roll i was in first and spun a bit(8k hard miles on runflats).
The 45roll i was in second and was a more acurate outcome.
as far as my driving abilities....rarely do I get outdriven, but cory seems to have my number...
Corys car runs great.

as you can see my car runs as well. I had a hundred pounds more in passenger weight as well. only lost by 1 car on each roll race.
So corys car is running extra hard.

I also have a full exhaust....thats worth 25hp alone.....I took down a C6z06 about a month ago. 0-100 I got him by a car....60-140 by 1. Granted he couldn't drive very well and had a passenger, but anything is possible on the street.

yea seems like alot of z06 drivers dont drive them very well.

Well yea if you want to talk like that. I'm just talking about if one was given to me to keep. I just love the new GS. The Z06 is nice but there is something about the looks of the GS front fenders and that LS3 that I like.

I love my GS. I could have gotten a z06, but declined. I rolled up to these races with my top off and radio blasting. Just a lovely ride. Then I put the top on and did some racing. The best of both worlds.
