Yea its another puppy kicking kill from me but it was the only thing I could find tonight, anyway:
I drove around quite a while tonight looking for a run and was about to give up and go home... Along comes a beautiful red Firehawk. Real clean car. I tried to creep along side and the guy gassed it a few times, pulling ahead. Noticed he had a guy riding shotgun with him while trying to line up.
We hit the next red light and they no doubt notice my cars at least cam'd, kinda get the slanted grin on their faces. Too bad its notorious for cops to be around that intersection so I take off slow. He rolls on it hard, probably thinking I'd give chase. About a mile later, he hangs a left onto a 4 lane that has a long straightaway.
He gets into it again right away but I hung back, hoping to get him to line up for a 2nd gear roll but I wound up having to catch up and do a 3rd gear hit, I think around 50 . I yelled for him to hit it and watched for his front to rise. I see it pop up and nail it, run into 4th just a bit ,pulling a lot, 3+ cars @ about 100ish.
They pulled up along side again and the passenger said "that things fast!" I told him it was a 403 with a small cam and he nodded like "ah that azzrape makes sense now" Cool guys , complimented the driver on an awesome, clean looking car, gave em the thumbs up then pealed off and went home for the night.

 

Sweet kill. Not nearly as cool to race a fellow LS1 owner as it is to race a Mustang, but cool all the same.

Wish I could find a race in this town, there aren't many performance vehicle owners around here. I've had my fair share of races I suppose, but they are very hard to find.

 

i know what you mean the only race i had was against my teacher in his bmw.

 

LOL! Your teacher? God I'd love to do that some day. I like showing up the luxury German cars. They think their car is fast since it's so expensive, and while they are quick, they can't really run with the LS1.

 

Mine is an lt1 lol i just got out of high school and the seniors get out about 2 week early so i saw him pull out and get up next to him and he hits and then i do and put 2 cars on him. its only a 3 series 4 door...the sad thing is his kid was in there watching him lose lol

 

he also got fired for talking about drinking and going to parties. now all the kids party at his house lol

 

Wow wtf your teacher? That's bad ***! I would love to have owned one of my teachers and go back to school the next day and laugh at him !! Ha ha

 

The 3 series are still sorta quick. But his kid was watching him lose!? LMAO! That's priceless.

 

it was pretty funny lol all the kids the next day were making fun of him and good kill op sorry for kinda taking away from you.
