Got off work early, jumped in the Mach 1. Going down the road I was talking with a buddy about some new golf grips I got and I see some blueish angel eyes or halo lights (however you say them) behind me and can tell its a BMW. Getting on the interstate he is right on my back bumper so I keep it in 4th and give it some gas up to about 90mph. My friend said "was that your car!?" I said it was and I had a BMW on my tail. He laughed and said he would let me go and have fun. Well the BMW jumps up my *** to where I couldn't see his headlights. We are cruising at a 70mph roll but I still play. I mash 4th gear again and I can see his headlights as he falls back fast. I let off and hit the brakes, I want atleast a 50mph roll. He flys by and I notice the dual exhaust (which was aftermarket) and M3 on the back so I'm atleast happy I took down a M3. I fly up beside him going right at 90mph (in a 70mph zone lol) and I downshift and jump a little by him in 4th. Not sure why he did what he did next but with the sound of 4 camshafts, 32 valves, and 8 cylinders at 5,000rpms he punched it and I did too. Instantly I start my pull and by 110 or so I had a solid 5 or more lengths on him. I slow down and he flys past. I miss my exit to keep playing but he didn't want anymore. He ignored me from there on... I got home and looked it up and saw it was a E36 M3 which come with a 6 cylinder. Oh well, it was fun! Best thing is it had used car dealership tag on it.

I have only got one M3 to play ever. It was in my G8. He was very surprised that a 4dr put 2 cars on his little beemer.

Even an e46 m3 isn't really a challenge from a roll. The new e90/e92's are much faster than their predecessors.

 

The only BMW I've ran that was a good race was the Mach against the 335IS or 335LS whatever it was.

ran into an E92 recently. wasnt much of a race. he wouldnt go till i revved it to 7k and he heard me. we ran a little and i pulled a tiny bit. had to exit so never got a 60 or lower roll. i want ot try one of them bad.

 

And chargers are sooo damn fast
