Hell I used to drive it 2.5 hrs to MIR and run it and drive home.
Your car hasn't even touched the 10's yet. I'd be surprised if you didn't drive it to and from the race track.

You told me it weighed 3465 the other week. With you @ 220 that puts the car @ 3245 depending on fuel load. Big difference between that and 3300.

What turbo are you running? Stock gasket? What Dyno? Not to nit pick but 400whp at 15psi seems a bit on the low side.

If Hio has a simple LS6 with boltons I'd think you'd win with more seat time. Get a rematch in for sure and GET SOME VID! lol
Dyno Jet, same exact dyno that both HioSSilver and 03turbomach1 got there numbers from...

precision 60/63 turbo, stock gasket, reason so low HP with so high boost is cause im using a cast iron log manifold- they are junk. If i were using a good manifold with runners i could easily do 450+ on 15lbs. I also have dual exhaust with magnaflow muffles, thats hurting me a little too.

With stock seat and stock 17" bullitt wheels its 3500ish, it was 3465 with 15" drag wheels and corbeau seats

You have more to lose than gain by driving your car to the track and racing it if it still has the 10 bolt in the car.

Very true, Just did the 5.3 stage 2.5 heads and texas speed cam on a 2002 camaro that made 428hp to the wheels, had to roll it off the trailer with a jack cause the end blow to pieces with plain street tires. The 7.5 10 bolt is weak as ****

All of you guys absolutely amaze me. All of Dougs threads seem to turn into a big bunch of ****! Doug and Jason are the same person? Funny. Nobody said the LS6 had stock manifolds. His sig says Kooks with ORY. That means Headers, LT's measuring 1 7/8in. to be exact. Don't look at his weight, look at where he took much of it off. (crank mass, brakes, wheels) One lb there is worth way more than one lb. anywhere else. He only has to ease up on the throttle to shift (not much loss in accelleration time there). And he seems to drive really well. I have known these two guys for a long time (I guess that makes us all 3 the same person because we live in the same town). Doug has worked on building road race cars for a long time. He should know what makes a car fast. This is wayyyyy too funny!

You can make some money at the BK parking lot in one area there. I enjoyed the 8 months that I was living in Fairfax!
