I think the ZL1 should do well, still too fat IMHO.


This is the 4th thread open in tghe SRK section that does not actuallly have a kill story so I will let it run for a few more days but there is no reason to open any other non kill stroy threads guys.

With the ZL1 coming out. Me PCS'ing and wife losing job when we do. Might have to go down to one car. If it performs a lot better then the GT500. Well I could be back in a GM. If it don't both cars will go in on a GT500.

I will be a BNCOC(E6 and up) or AIT indstructor(new recruits E1-E4) for the Abrams tanks.

Benning is the home of Infantry/Armor/Scouts/Ordnance Mechanics now. They just did this change over. FT Knox is no longer the home of Armor.

did you guys see kenne bells new blower add for the 3.6 kit , says 9s @142 mph with no other mods on a stock 2010 ss, lol i think it was in the new chevy magazine, says no nos,trick suspension,cam or heads,or even headers, just a 3.6 blower and you can run 9s, i know they make great stuff but if thats all i have to do to get a 5th gen to run 9s im getting one lol,just seemed like it was a lil far out to me,

Ya I seen it. I also seen a few people on Camaro5 post times and they was not close to them times. Most was still in the mid 11's. Few has went low 11's. I need to double check see what KB they had

The 3.6L KB blower on a Boss made 850whp with 20psi and with race gas. That is crazy. It made just under that on a 5.0. Both cars was stock before the blower. My question is how long will it hold. Betting not long. specially on the regular 5.0.
