I've been going up there on a regular basis for the last few years. I'm sure I've been there more times in the last 6 months then you have ever. And fyi bolt on gto's at infineon are slow as **** and don't trap over 107 lol. Maybe your race gas helped that much but I doubt it. My friend had a lighlty modded and tuned 300 srt8. He made 400 to the wheels and only could trap 106. Like I said, I will never see an srt8 trap 110+ with bolt ons at infineon. Do you have a vid of your 111mph run?

I've only been there 11 times over a 3 year period with the Charger. 47 passes. When conditions were good, 4 passes at 110+. Of course that doesn't count attending various races the last 11 years and my Supra TT.

Gotta love a friendly debate. As far as performance goes I have not been impressed with SRT8's at the track or on the street. But overall SRT8's are very nice cars and I was actually in the market for one a year ago but decided on a GTO instead

Ask Ike about the performance of my car on the street. Or watch his videos, of course.

That video is when I had an intake and tune only lol. The modded one was Deuuuce and his 12.7@111 SRT8 lol. That was before I had high flow cats, and before I had long tubes. I run a full second faster than that at the track now lol. That video is over a year old man. I don't understand how people could take that video out of context
Deuuuce already validated everything we have been saying in this thread. When he pulled up at infineon raceway on" 91octane tune, heat soaked, no prep and ran a 13.1 @ 105.27 mph." before adding race gas and his scientific fuse pulling and all that stuff.
Under those same conditions, straight off the street my G8 will run 13.0-12.8s@107-108mph. Faster than any other bolt on SRT8 out there. That is what happens at the track I run at every single time. Regardless of the weather or what my times may be, I have ALWAYS run faster than a non cammed srt8 every single time I have run. If I came to your track I would have a similar experience, with just a faster time slip to prove it. Time will tell.
I'm not down playing SRT8s. They are fast. My car is FASTER (than a comparable SRT8). It is not a "slower" car so there nothing to down play

Louisville, KY. Please do I've only gotten a chance to run two. Challenger SRT8 with catback, rolling 60good in 3rd gave him a half a car and the jump and had 1.5 cars on him by the top of 3rd. Other was a bone stock challenger srt8. 20 roll I left in 2nd and he was never ahead of me.
