The previous owners bought it and all the debt that came with it and thought they could bring it back in the black. About the only way they could have done that is to bring some NASCAR races to town but the best they got was the Busch series and not Sprint. Someone else bought it not long ago or they are in the process of buying it and it is expected to reopen next year.

Stock geared cobra's arent very impressive because they make power at higher rpm and those gears keep them out of the power band haha. I'm not surprised since I have seen your build thread. But dont think you can beat all n/a cobra's

I plan on heading down that way this Saturday. Hopefully the weather is better this weekend. And on a side note MAR Park got approved so even if Gateway doesn't pan out you can always go north.

He fixed his 2-3 shift some but its still not perfect.

Uhhh..i'm still working on getting more top end... need to head up to Joe to have him tweek my shift points...the 2-3 needs to come down by at least 2 mph....then I think I will be able to hang with most stockish gt's on the bigger end. You can hear it hit the limiter on the 2-3 in the second video...
