Sounds about right for a 392. There running right around 12.3-12.6@112-114 stock but with your mods op I would have thought you would have the edge.

Im happy with the set up, like the fact i have best of both worlds. On my past camaro 93z i was using a 150 wet shot and the amount of timing pulled on that car without nitrous it had no top end and didnt drive well. So this time i decided to go this route with Frost on my 01 Z.

Think Dodge got it right with the Challenger in the looks department. Best reincarnation of the classic "muscle car" look. Did a much better job in the looks department than the Camaro and Mustangs IMO.

However, with the price tag and the weight of them, I think a Mustang or 5th gen would be a much more stout foundation for a car and be a hell of a lot faster paying the same price for each. Hell, if he paid $50k for it, that is a new Shelby GT500 with few options.

calling nitrous "dope" makes no sense as "dope" = slang for heroin, which in turn makes you nod off, slow, sleepy. Now if you called nitrous "Crystal" as in crystal meth, that would make much more sense.. i for one will stick with "spray"..guess i'm not "connecting" with the young ones anymore lol

I cant believe all the people that have never heard nitrous called dope. It is used as a drug by just a few dentist from what i hear, lmao. good death op.I would work on the tune thing.

LS6 cam is decent. Biggest mistake a4 people do with it is undershift it-make sure your car shifts at 6400-6500 at WOT

@ M Morris==I put that cam in there because the car seemed to hit a wall at 57=5800 with the lil stock truck cam in it. It Definately pulls harder up to 6400. very noticeable change. The Z06 cam is quite a bit larger than the 02 factory SS cam. I know the aftermarket cams put out more HP but at that price hell they ought too. I got the 04 Z06 cam and springs for cheap and put em in cheap. I'm going to contact Frost about the dual tunes===Motor tune and Nitrous tune and see what happens. My junk just may be slow with the tune in it.

Some say the Z06 cam is barely larger than the 02 Ls1 cam.
Specs 04 Z06 cam = dur=204/218 @.050 .551/.547 lift 117lsa
Specs 02 LS1 cam = dur=197/207 @ .050 .467/.479 lift 116lsa

Nice death. Those 392 are definitely fast for how much they weigh. I saw a stock one beat a stock 5.0. Only problem is that only one company(RDP) has figured out how to tune them and how to be able to put a supercharger on them

Not about to get into details but DO NOT believe that for a sec!!! Steve is nothing but a scam artist. He is not tuning 2011 mopars. No one is. Well at least not a 2011 pcm. Tune a 2011 car converted to a 2010 or prior pcm?? Yea, maybe.

Either way it's definitely accomplishment since the 6.4 motors have stuff that the 6.1 don't. All I know is I'm waiting till I have $10,000 to send my truck to fastlane so they put a magnacharger on it and tune it. Was gonna send it to hennessey but I don't think they've done a supercharger on a 2011 ram

Been hearing nitrous called dope since at least the late 80's. :shrug: guess it was a west coast thing.

Nearly identical to the LS2 camshaft. And those lift numbers are deceiving as the ls6 uses a higher lift rocker which explains most of the lift difference. Did you use the LS6 rockers?

39394z28 a ms3 isnt going to make things better with no stall lol,op i would like to see a rematch with you on ( DOPE) LOL, make it happen and get some vids up

Default Foxbody in the 8s for 20k--RIGHT

@38394z28 if you have Fox Bodys in the 8s for 20k lined up I am sure they would line up to get 2 of them. I am talking about full weight street cars with ac/ good time radio and drive it every where cars...not some gutted out 2500lb race car with a Turbo or a ton of Dope on it. MS3 on stock stall and 3.23s will be a turd down low and would surge and buck like a horse.....but it would sound good and burn a pile of fuel.

@BOBS99SS I am getting my bottles filled today and there will definately be a rematch on the Dope....and it wont be pretty for him and he knows it. He wants to put a little dry shot 50-75 on the car where he can take it off easy without dealership knowing it was there due to warranty issues but i don't know anybody that can tune it....and he wants to change the shift points a little higher.

LS6 rockers are the same as LS1 rockers.
LS2 cam is identical to the pre 02 Z06 cam.
