Stall is a great mod but spend the some $$ on a transmission cooler. I DD mine and went with a 3200 and I still get 20mpg and run 12.7-12.8s at about 108. I also have LTs and went from 2.73s to 3.42s.

Thanks for all the posts. I did have fun at the drag strip. I am very intrigued by GtoSpd's car. A 2001 SS, Lid, A4, cat-back, P&P TB, and a tune and he ran a 12.9!

I'm not all too sure on how tunes work and how much they increase HP and all, but this is not the thread to start asking about them. I will likely go back to the strip after I get a P&P TB and a new/better set of tires. Hoping for at least a 13.4 at 105MPH+.
