Not really....It's not my only vehicle, it is my main vehicle when I'm not working my truck.

That exact car is my friends firehawk. They took the light conversion out when slp sold it. You should know officially they never built 98 firehawks.

How has your 2500HD treated you maintenance wise? Considering a cheap option of buying my dad's old 03 2500HD ECSB 4x4 with 51k on the clock. Only problem is a small driver's side manifold exhaust leak

Not great...I (me and 03turbomach) just put ball joints on it and I just put a pitman arm on it. Last year I put all 4 brake rotors on it due to detioration of the rotor (pads too). Warrenty items were streeing shaft, heated mirrors, tailgate straps and guage cluster. Kinda shitty I think. It does pull good and ride and drive is good but I bought a 2500hd so I would have a truck I would'nt have to fix. I do load it heavy sometimes and it usually has someting in it or hooked to it when it moves. It has 57k on it.

If anyone still cares about the original race, the Cobra went to the track today and ran 13.5 @ 103 mph. His best trap speed was 104 mph.

Stock geared I would guess...Not too bad. Good MPH for a bolt on, stock geared 96-98.

Hell yes, nothing at all to say bad about a red LS1 Firehawk! I wouldn't want to mod it though...those things are so damn nice and rare.

Yeah, stock gears and street tires. I thought he ran well and his goal was 13.7, which he hit on his first pass.

That was pretty cool to watch, I think stock for stock, the LT1's and 96-98 Cobra's were both just about equal though right? They each were capable of low 14's/high 13 second times I believe.
