I don't think it would be quite that easy...but maybe with a fair amount of weight reduction and bolt-ons.

How can I troll on a ls sight when I'm into ls's???.....think about it heater.....that remark is'nt using your gray matter when you have a ford in your avatar.

Forgive me guys of I'm not in awe of the 03/04 cobra deal. They are good running cars but not the end all beat all. That changes all the time these days.

People can troll no matter what site they are on.

Hell, I've been known to troll on Mustang sites

I don't think that the Cobra is the end all of end all's. It's a neat car that can be made fast for cheap and has a huge aftermarket. Same goes for the 4th Gen F-Body...and some people think that they are the end all beat all car.

I understand you think a 4th gen Fbody needs a motor swap, faceplated trans, custom clutch setup, massive weight reduction, and areo mods to allow the car to break 11's....But there is an easier way. Same goes for an 03 Cobra or any car for that matter. Lets go over this so maybe you can grasp it...

03 Cobra runs mid to high 12's stock on crappy tires. How could bigs/littles with gear not take half a second to a full second off? The 03 Cobras have 31 spline axles stock.

They will also spit those axles out....a friend had that happen.

By the way...my car broke 11's with just the swap and no tire (on 18's). It's gonna need the rest of my mods to break the 10's.
Actually a friend broke 11's with just bolt-ons in a f-body....I never had the chance to really try before my buddy stuck it in the wrong gear.

I figured you would take that bait. Proves you have no idea wtf you are talking about but nice try. 03-04 Cobras don't have axles.

If I were to ever break a stock shaft then I will replace it with another, definitely not going to spend $1500 on the Level 5's that are notorious for having issues.

I don't expect them to last forever with the abuse but a used half shaft for $100 beats the heck out of $1500+ for Level 5s.

The stock axels are strong and as Senkak pointed out, cheap to replace if they break. I would not hesitate to add a 100 shot to my setup and not touch the axels. Untill there is a source for reasonable axels for our cars, I'll be on stockers.

If he is as dumb as you are, don't worry. He will just look at you with face.

Back to your original idiotic statement...Here is a random pull from a thread.

So you think a 427rwhp Cobra can't break 11's?

Nah, it will probably be spring or so before I get the time. Are we going to race after you get your thing put on and I get my thing put on?
