Nah not fast enough. Plus mods are outrageous for little gains.

The 5.0 here was an auto with no tune so 112 is pretty unlikely but with that said I have no doubt some do trap 111 but I have yet to see one in person at my track which is 5ft above seal level the autos are 108ish and the sticks are 109-110. I'd say 112 is a little on the optimistic side

An A6 would need some serious neg. DA and the most ideal conditions to trap 112. Even then it probably wouldn't do it. lol

No just good decent DA and track prep. Seen few go 110-112 bone stock here. Manuals seem to be 2-3 mph more from what i have seen in person.

with the 5000 above sea level I believe it.

What crazy is my buddies car has out trapped me every time. We can run the same ET but he is always has a 1-2mph trap better. We have the same trim, same mods and same tune. Only diff is gears. But even when we both had 3.73's he trapped least 1-2 mph more. Now I have 4.10's he has 3.90's. Same track same lane one right after the other.

Stock A6's don't launch as hard as the manuals and its not like they make up for it on the top end vs. a M6 stock vs stock. In real life its going to take negative DA to trap 112. The guys you are seeing are most likely tuned.

Nope no tune as they had just bought them. And took them straight to the track. And yes the auto don't leave as hard but they still can leave around 1600rpms. I am also talking base models that I have seen. Weight 200lb less then fully loaded ones. The few loaded ones I seen couldn't drive for ****. Launched and sit still spinning..LOL

In the middle of summer I can see that. Seen a stock M6 run low 13's all night in July. He finally hit 12.9X on his last pass of the night. His first pass was a 16.7. He blew the stock tires off. Him and the Camaro next to him did...LOL Guys was friends and both had just bought them. First times at the track. The camaro ended up running best of low 13's.

I got some good deals on parts so intake, tune, x-pipe are on the way for the Mustang. Should be enough to pep it up a bit.

That Camaro on a tire would make you look stupid.

On a side note at the track last Sunday there was a 5.0 with I/E/tune running 12.90's, those things set the world on fire!

Got the intake for $200, used x-pipe for $200, and tune for $350. For $750 the mustang will run good.

Got my heads for my z06 so I'll get that running then we can do a z06 vs 5.0 battle. I'm guessing 700rwhp vs 400rwhp won't be pretty.

And I watched a supercharged SS run 12.6's so guess the 5.0 is still better. Either way sounds like he faster then you. SO I am guessing the 5.0 was on street tires.

SO when you meet me in Indianapolis how much we talking for the race. After all you said you can beat me in your SS.

And funny you say hers can but now yours can't. And how you know she can beat me. You have no idea what I will run on the blower or what her car runs. Sounds like you just like writing checks your POS can't cash.
