Fox bodys cand be very hit or miss....with alot of misses. Some guys seem to go 11's with a decent set-up and some sn95 cars can't get to the 12's built with a blower.

We've had some run's with fox vs a stock auto SS Camaro......have'nt we Notch......lol

hell no im 3 wins on gm this past year! Murdered the 5.3 camed colorado, puppy kicked your hd,put 2 cars on lt1 with full bolt ons and lt4 heads. And got my *** handed to me from a 30 mph roll in your ss while you stayed in 4th gear the entire run. Not bad for 302 stock long block with 1.7 rockers

There is a guy right now on Corral running mid 12's with a bolt on Fox 5.0 without longtubes or a lot of little things I personally would do. His is a very very budget build.

I really want to get ahold of a coupe car...can you say 11's with bolt ons.

Clean notch cars are hard to find. I paid 5500 for mine a year and half ago. Most are in 6500 to 7k if you want clean un fucked with

That's fine with me. I plan to part out the 95 and get into a notch. I'm going to make another Mustang for the LS1 boys to cry about.

I might even get a 4 cylinder to start with.

I guess once I get it I'll call it and the Mach the "one-two punch"

thats cheapest route. 4cyl chassis are normally super clean. And go for 1k. Get a totaled gt for another 1k spend a weekend and swap it. Ive built about 13 that way. N.c. And tenn. Are where all the notches are. When you get one get with me I have lots of pushrod parts ill sell very cheap.

Yea....those guys should've let me drive.

Stoppy there is a guy on here that has a bolt-on fox in his sig that went 12@107......he must have nothing left of his car too get there.....or a gold horse shoe up his ***.

I think that is the best route. When I get closer to that idea I will figure out the differences. I plan to just use the interior, body and all. The drivetrain will all get scrapped. I do want it EFI so I'm sure the wiring harness/ecu will need to be swapped. I guess I'll also have to be one of those guys with the big tach

I can't see it being that hard at all. It is all in the setup...5.0 guys are HORRIBLE for being sheep. One follows the other and it seems they are all following the first sheep that started in the early 90's. Here is my plan...

11's with bolt ons
10's with HCI
???? with ????

This one will however not be near as daily driver friendly as the Mach but it will be able to drive daily if needed. That's about all I'm going to ever give out on the build.

Yea but the Navi motor would add so many headaches. I might put a 5.4 in the Cobra.

Those little motors don't have much top end. Your gonna have to make it really light and 60 the **** out of it. How much rwhp can a bolt-on one make?
