Can't believe this is still going lol. OP obviously doesn't know what he is talking about. 650 HP prelude? 
FYI. As u add mods u don't count what the mod gives u on top of each other. So idk how u will get to 650 HP prelude unless u swap an ls7 and mod it.

Boost and a **** load of it. Unfortunately the op is like 95% of the i4 import guys. They all have big plans, but only a few actually do anything. Hey, it's cool to talk about having a 650hp prelude though.

I heard that if you merely whisper "vtec kicked in yo" you will get an additional increase of 60whp/3wtq for about 10 seconds or less. All dependent on how big your vtec decals on your door are though.

You actually just hold the cigarette lighter in for 5 seconds, twist it clockwise 185 degrees, then counterclockwise 74 degree, and release. It is supposedly more intense than a 300 shot of NOS.
I just learned what OEM meant. Curse these ls1tech acronyms
