Grand Prix Vs. RSX

Like I said...I've never lost to one. Street, track, dig, roll, vette, TA, Camaro..whatever. If anybody in the local area cares to settle this, I'm with it. Win or lose, I'm not trippin'.

I'm not sure what the record is for each, but I believe stock LT1's and LS4's run similar times on average. I would put my money on a well driven 6 speed LT1 from a roll though.

Of all the LT1s I've raced, I don't think I've run an M6. It would probably have the advantage. Although it would depend on where we start. LS4s have ridiculously long 2nd gear...up to 102 in 2nd.

I know, in the "real world", you MURDER those all day long.
We all know FWD is easier to launch than RWD.

Not sure about all other LT1's but my brother has owned two of the ram-air versions. '97 6spd and '96 A4. The 97 car would go 13.7x at 104 all day stock to the tires, the auto 13.9@102. I think only about 4,000 or so were built so not you're average LT1.
Even then I have witnessed base LT1 F-bodies knock off 14-flats at ~100 in stock trim.

As for regular LT1's, I've had a few (all A4's) and they have all run 14.1-14.3 @ 96-98 mph stock. Stock M6 cars always edged me out from a roll, so 100 mph is probably about the norm for them.

Are you at some really high elevation or something?

^^^This^^^ I can run with mustangs, & LT1s in a wrong wheel drive, 4 door, with heated leather seats, heads up display, dual climate control, etc...
No...486 ft But the track I go to isn't the best...actually it's horrible. Little River Drag Way in Temple, TX (about 2hrs south of you).
