If your talking a full weight 93 gt and an sn95 no it isnt but when you figure that most people are daily driving the new edge and sn95 they wont cut the weight. Take a 4 eye car and get rid of all the stuff that you really dont care about just having a play toy i/e air cond. power steering smog etc you can get the weight down quick. Cant remember exact #'s but im a little over 2700 lbs.

And I'm not saying your car is a POS, don't take it that way.

What does that matter? All that proves is more people think 94-95 cars are too nice to butcher up like a pos 80's fox.
I'm pointing out that your average 94-95 car isn't much more weight at all over your average fox.
And I'm not saying your car is a POS, don't take it that way.

My car kinda is a pos. Its an 85 mustang afterall, not a lot of awesome options there. My sn95 was a much better riding and driving car, just heavy ( it was a convertable), but not anywhere near as fun to beat on. I would never DD my mustang. A 4 eye is about 300 pounds lighter gt for gt.

My full weight 94 Cobra weighed almost 3400 pounds with me in it with cloth interior. What that car runs depends on the combo. My 89 coupe had a full injected 349 in it and ran 11.20's on motor with a 5 speed at 3060 pounds. Full interior, pwr steering but no ac(came that way) A friend of mine had a 95 GT with a efi 347 and it wouldn't get out of it's own way. Combo is everything along with the driver mod

Car! Proves they made foxes 14yrs and 302 sn cars 2yrs. You might see more set up to go straight if ford made the pos longer than 2yrs
