315 will be just extra weight at your power level. No reason to go bigger then 295 really. What size stall? A good 3800-4000 atleast with the tire expect mid 11.

A Nitto 315 DR is basically a 295 tire. They run very narrow.

guy out here has a bolt on/tuned 5.0, he spanked one of the local guys ws6 (full bolton, 12 to1 comp, huge cam, and small stall) took nitrous on the ws6 to beat the guy.

Just laid some more last week, and some more should be down this week! Now we have a sprayer as well! I'll have to go take a picture of our spot soon.

I took this when I was at a local shop a while back. Both are 315/35-17, top Nitto, bottom MT.

Default 295 VS 315 nitto 555R

I bought the 315 NITTOS because they do run narrow. I bought them at Discount and they said they were fine on a 9 inch rim due to them being so narrow. I do have a Circle D. I ran the 12.30 spinning its *** off on yokohammmmas with a best 2.00 60ft. Ohio has 200+ more horsepower. Hmmmmm...im thinking me on DRs and Ohio on true street tires/non DRs might be a good race.

Nice save on the squirrel run.

I had 275 Nittos and hated that my front tires were wider than my back until I bought 275 Nitto street tires

Scary car Ohio. I like the way you come back on people at the track. That's got to leave them thinking "where in the world did he come from?" Great exhaust note. I totally agree with you on the comments about everyone thinking they can run the same times as one perfect run on youtube. It's a lot more difficult in reality.
