Best part was that you whooped them so bad that they were afraid to pass you when they came up on you doing the exact speed limit with cruise control set. bet the conversation went like this:
Passenger - "Just pass him man!"
Driver - "You saw how fast that thing was, there's no way I could get around him if doesn't let me!"
"Aw comeon, he's just cruising right now and won't care if you pass him respectfully."
"Uh uh, I aint taking that risk. he's gotta pull off sooner or later".

I'll have to profess my ignorance on the Ford Models. When I see the latest body style mustang with Cobra Emblems in the grill and on the side and on the gas cap, I call it a Cobra. I actually had to look up what a "GT 500" meant to the car. It appears to my rather limited research, a Cobra is a GT500 and a GT500 is a Cobra. Is that wrong?
Case in point.. Look at this. The Cobra emblems are there, are they not?

That's right 
When the car was approaching and getting close, I saw the Cobra emblem in the grill. As he was right in front of me, I was looking at the driver to see if it was a young guy or some old guy like me. I figured if he was young, he might be interested in a little acceleration comparo. After he sneered at my lowly LT1, I looked down and saw the Cobra emblem on the side. Sorry about that. I understand now about the Cobra vs GT500. I hope to see more of them at the strip this year! Thanks,
