$250 for a dyno tune is cheap!! I paid $500.00 for my dyno tune but he had the car for 2 weeks..

And dear god, ANY tune will be so much better. If you wanna drive it, get a mail order tune. If you can stand not driving it wait for a dyno tune.

He was saying 250 for a street tune 450 for dyno. Why did he have your car for so long? I paid 500$ for my tune too well actually I traded some parts worth give or take 500$
