2vs have been 130+ on motor as well

And 2v's have been 130 on motor?!?! Proof, please. I apologize for my lack of knowledge - but what all did it take to get a 2V to 130mph NA?

Not sure on the gearing. I'll have to ask him. Now you got me curious.

Nice car.

I have never personally seen a NA 2v hit 13 anything. I thought I was going to but the guy tried all day and only got a 14.0x

1+ on this.... I don't see a stroked 2v picking up 16mph in a quarter even with just a motor and frame... Not even if you throw that engine in a smart car

I think 132 or 134. Google Brandon Aslept. He runs NMRA pure street (stick shift n/a class). Runs a carb'd 2v (went from a 4v TO a 2v). With class weight has run 10.0's or 10.1's. Out of class weight has dipped into the 9.80's.

Here's a pic I have on my hard drive. I was trying get him to tell me his AS/IC and rear suspension settings one time. He said he can't give out all his secrets but mine was in the ball park.

I wasn't referring to Lethal EFI's old T/A. I was referring to the several street driven 130+mph N/A LT1's like the example below. That 2v runs good but I never see the point in getting head over hills for a FORCED INDUCTION V8 car in the 11s. Heck, I could get a Honda to go fast with a power adder. lol Now i'd be impressed to see one do that naturally aspirated. That would be sick.

EDIT: Almost forgot that example.

Nice. Just hate the fact that its carb'd though.

It's going to take quite a bit more than a pulley swap to hit 140 traps in a full weight 2V. Let's keep it realistic now.

On another note, where is the kill at? Is this the drag racing section?!?

Yup there is also another auto 2v that went 9.9x under pure street class weight and restrictions. Aslepts car has been 9.72 @ 136 with the ballast out.

385 ci 13.9:1 CR Advanced Induction TFS 215 Heads and Advanced Induction Custom Solid Roller Cam
Single Plane Intake
FAST XFI

Not bad but no more of a street car then the 2v at that compression 2v is also at a 3k + raceweight runnning low 10s on stock cubes with restrictions.

I was always under the impression that "Street Racing," and "Kills," weren't mutually exclusive...hence the "&" in between. Either/or.

If were doing the 'ol Ford vs Chevy comparison thing again LT1's have gone low 9's N/A fyi. No 2v will accomplish that EVER.

You must have missed my previous posts.

1) This car has trapped 128 already. With some more seat time and 0 DA, it could easily break 130. (These runs were in roughly 2000 DA)

2) This setup was built to run 26psi. It is currently running 15.

3) I already stated he was going to do a little weight reduction.

With all the above taken into consideration, 140-ish mph is definitely possible.

This thing is a ****** race car Bite. I don't think race cars pertain to the STREET racing section.

No prob man. As with every motor comes a ton of research, testing, and of course $$ to be competitive in a heads up class. That car is definately a unicorn but it is possible to make a 2v fast.

Hihoe- Its a race car? no way! I could have sworn I saw a AAA bumper sticker on the back. Then he lied to me.
