I didn't suggest the trap speed was bad, you just did though. I actually suggested that they were good. I stated that his e.t. was indicative of the car not hooking, or him not being able to hit gears. I wasn't knocking his ride or his driving. Not everyone is a pro driver.

I just found it odd for his times to be like that and preach the whole stick shift thing.

Seems like you were calling out my ability to bang gears AND launch. Launching is tough on this quarter mile track. You can see in my 1/8mi times at a different track i can get out of the hole decent for not running a slick. From what i see anything in the 1.8X in a stick car aint bad.

If you are talking about Fontana, it is quite shitty indeed. I had the pleasure of racing at Pomona before they shut it down in 2000 and I miss it dearly. You would be deep in the 11s there even on street tires IMO.

I was calling you out about how important banging gears was to you thinking your et's would reflect more your mph, after talking about the stalled auto guys. I wouldn't knock you, your driving, or your car. Your mpg reflects a healthy pullied car for sure. Mph will only go up as the e.t. drops on a good tire.

Me just saying the times aren't great doesn't mean I'm ******* you dude.

Its not that he used it. Its that we thought maybe he had done a monster of a car with a few little tweaks done to it. Then we find out he just threw spray at it.
