95 LSX Turbo Tran am VS GSXR 750 and ZX14
Took the Trans Am out crusing last night.. Wasnt many car out so we decided to call it a night. Got a call from a buddy that has a ZX14 said he was headed home from the track and wanted to meet up. So him and a friend of his with a 750 met up with our group and killed time.
Anyway to the point.. decided to head home and on the way home we decided to turn the Trans Am and the ZX14 loose and see what happens..
pulled up and started off at 40mph. Kept the car in 3rd gear so we could keep traction (th350) and we hit and ran to 150. we stayed neck and neck the entire pull the bike at my rear quater.
after that his friend with the 750 pulled up and we hit it with him too.. Soon as we got into boost the 750 was in the mirror and we let out of it.. he only pulled in the 120s at the track though so we fidured it would be an easy kill..
guy on the 14 absolutely could not believe how fast the car was!
We were 2 deep in my Trans am on pump gas a ~15lbs of boost. all forged headed cammed suspended car...
zx14 is lowered, stretched, geared, air shifted with a brocks drag full exhaust and tuned...rider ways 145lbs and is a 2 time track champion here at our local strip so he is an awesome rider
750 is stock excet a slash cut tip.
Over all a good night and some fun runs... I have always wanted to be able to outrun street bikes and finally got the chance!
we are gonna hit it again when my buddy gets his bottle filled on the 14 and we are gonna turn the boost up and put some race gas in...

We were gonna video it but they didn't wanna run again...
Car is a pump gas, working power windows, door locks, radio etc drove it over 50 miles last night no prob..I wouldn't really consider it a race car..

Car is def a blast to drive.. Nothing like 70mph burn outs! Lol hopefully I can get some videos soon..
We ran a 4.6 heads cam bolt on mustang too for kicks that is a friend of mine.. He down shifted and we stayed in third.. Let him have the hit and when we hit boost it looked like a Mac truck
had a chain on him pulling him the opposite direction. Lol

If it's Smokes *(name he goes by)* then ask him what the hell happened to him??? 2 years ago his bike with those mods was running 8.4 @158mph "all stock engine".

Very sick car man, have you taken it to the track yet? Any reason why you didn't go wit a TH400 over a TH350? Figured that would be a heavier duty trans for your car.

I got the TH350 back when the car a nitrous LT1 setup.. Friend of mine built the Th350 with all the best parts and 2.75 low gear then decided to go back 6 speed.. So we just traded out.. The tranny shifts amazing and is really solid..
Although with that said. If I ever brake it I will go 400 for sure.
