Sitting at the light I watch this blocked out a C5Z whip around the corner to get on the highway. I notice its loud. I said hell ya and turned and chased him. So I catch up and have lots room. He looks over and smiles and notice his girl laughing. So I drop down to 2nd gear around 55 and get on it. Suddenly I got both their attention. SO he drops down and gets on it. I take chase. He cuts over in front me and I have to let up as I was realing him in from his hit. SO we get aroudn some traffic and have enough open room. I roll down window tell him on 3. He ask what that was.. SO I tell him 3rd honk we go. He says ok and he honks off. On 3rd honk I am gone. From roughly 50 by time I hit 120 he is about 7 cars back easy. So I slow back down. He said started in wrong gear in 3rd instead 2nd. I say ok go again. He says he is good. We come back into toqn and catch a red light. I ask what is done he says Lt's, heads cam bunch stuff. I say cool i am just Supercharged basically. He immediatly say well I got spray alos I didn't use. I was cool want to try with it. He passes. Think he was kinda heart broke after getting yanked by the Stang in front the girl. Was a great kill after way he just smrked when I first pulled up on him.


Short version: random H/C C5Z gets yanked after trying be to cool by the stang. Makes excuse has spray. Yet didn't want another shot after get yanked so hard his girl had whip lash from my car.

 

Damn man, sounds like u moved out to give her whiplash haha. Good running 5.0

c5z was on nitrous tune and ran you n/a...

 

With out the spray I don't think it would matter to much if he was on his n/a tune.

If he is spraying 150 with weight advantage I think he could take me or least be dead even. Buddy has a c5z that is h/c 408 and it laid 510whp on a mustang dyno. Same dyno same day I laid 597 and spun my tires at 6900rpms with 700rpm left. That last 700 on a dyno jet I gain another 37whp. Also this Mustang dyno reads on average 12-13% lower then dynojets. Another buddy c6z with a 440 lsx made 505whp on same dyno. I have pulled both on the highway. But not as bad as I did this c5z.

Hell ya. Once get settle in. Once get there I am looking to do some gears, anti roll bar, and few other little things. I want 9's on the stock block. Looking for a good shop in the Columbus area right now. I haven't ever did gears. Want to make sure they are right.
