That's sweet Ohio. Now why isn't your Mustang in the 9's with a 150whp more and an automatic?

Im really considering doing just the heads. Leaving the stock boss cams. I dont want the rough idle at all and i love the variable cams... i would lose that as well. But still possible to make close to 500whp NA on 93 octane... let alone e85.

See when you get to my 8 second power level, one wrong move and you destroy thousands of dollars worth of ****. Rather be a girl and save my money than be the dumbass who blows his motor/trans/rear with 1 bad shift.
And i was referring to screamins G8. His car performs very well. He beat an E55 AMG on motor. And i still managed to pull him 2 cars with him on a 75 shot. His car does 114 on motor.

Maybe cause I don't weigh 3000 with driver. And not all of us get to race at the best tracks in the country. I challenge anyone to run at the local track in temple Texas.

I think you could make some great power still. Hell they got a bolt on 5.0 coyote to go 10.1 now. Granted its gutted with a faceplanted tranny.

So its safe to say, so far the 5.0 has went .5 faster than the fastest bolt-on LS1!

Anyone know what the race weight of that car was w/ driver?

But it wasn't your average MS3 cam/production heads, run of the mill car. It had ETP 215cc heads, Cam Motion custom 239/251 HR, FAST 102/102, all the bolt-ons down to the EWP & U/D pulley, 1-7/8" headers into X-pipe/True Duals, 33-splined 8.8, 4.30...basically the works. Made 487whp on a "conservative" dynojet. Left a lot of people scratching their heads. lol
Thats a beastly heads cam car there! Thats my point how many people have your setup runnong around on the street? Not to many at all......

last I heard it was 30xx with driver. Fastest bolton ls1s where 3 speed autos which helps alot. Fastest 6 speed is 11.2 I believe.

Does his custom grind cost more than anyone else's? Does his water pump cost anymore than another's? Those e/t heads cost anymore than people's trick flows or afr's? Not to take away from your car redfire but this post reeks of pure ignorance. His car was not special it was fast because every detail was attended to, bottom line.
