WOW. you guys are quick on comments. Mainly all I can say is two cars have nearly the same mods. The reason that I was ultra slow on shifting was, I already did the fast shifting pulls and it was even worse for him, so wanted to take it easy on him.
Exact mods on both cars are
Camaro:
-Exhaust
-CAI
-Fast 102
-NW 102
-Tune
5.0:
-Tune
-CAI
-Exhaust
Both cars are M6.

Is there even a gain at all going with a fast 102 on a LS3 car? Definitely not an advantage going with a 102 TB on a otherwise stock LS3 TB also. IMO that's a waste of money. Your money though, so spent it how you want. ![Grin](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_grin.gif)
A ported LS3 intake will match or beat a ported FAST 102 any day of the week FYI. stock for stock is close, too. FAST is stuck pushing there FAST truck intake as the best power maker, but it won't fit under any stock hood. Hell, even trucks need to mod to fit it. GM nailed it big time with the LS3 heads and intake. Just needs a cam to really wake it up!

So a more modded car vs a less modded car. Cool
Surprising for how slow he 5th gen was shifting.
When you say "exhaust" be a little more specific please.
Catback, headers, xpipe etc?

Camaro has a pretty aggressive H/C setup right now and will be on bottle in a month...after that who knows

so u went w the fast in anticipation for the H/C setup? nothing wrong w that..doesnt look like it lost too much in that race..different combinations respond differently..I think its very feasible that u just hit a good combo
