Default 5th Gen Camaro vs 5.0

Even though vid is a bit old, I wanted to show it to you guys and see what you think.
Title says it all.
Outcome was very suprising. However, I was expecting a lot closer pulls. Either way it was a lot of fun.

Enjoy...

nice runs but curious as to the mods, not to long ago i lined up against a stock 5th gen ss and beat him by a little less than 2 cars. same story from a dig and a 40 roll. nevertheless nice runs.

Good video and I'm interested to know the mods on the SS as well.

That shifting needs some work though.

Maybe you should try driving yours in a way the trans don't fail. Or be happy with throwing $ to keep it alive.

Either that or it's a stock 5.0 vs a heavily modified boost nitrous 5th gen.

Well you really fucked up then. At this point you would've been better off with a auto 5.0 and did heads/cams or blower.

I understand that. But you don't use it for what it was intended for anyway.

I still want the forged pistons at least. Im all set with anything cast even if it is strong enough.
