I was just joshin lol
Low 12s all day Mopar man, she's a very happy/healthy LS1. Also helps that the car doesn't weigh 2 tons +. lol Powers there to be high 11s with a tire but I'm still running my 10 bolt.

No I hear you man, I just have a hard time swallowing high 12 sec out of a stock 09+ Challenger R/T like everyone else. Absolute best I would think would be mid 13's.
And for the record, I'm a huge Mopar fan. I swear I would own a Challenger but I can't deal with the weight or the rubber band tires with it. I can't stand the new Camaros with their weight either. Pretty lousy platforms for the amount of money you have to sink to hit 10s.

The ammount of money you have to put into them to get **** moving is a bit over the top. I really dont want to keep going on the RT arguement, its ran its course and i dont care enough haha. Its whatever, to each their own.
If a 6.1 or 5.7 is modded the right way, they haul. Good tire to put the power down and youre good to go. But the difference between buying an F body and a newer charger/challenger and the money you invest in vehicle and mods to get to a certain area is night and day. You'll spend double on the new mopars and then be stuck with hardly any tuning.

Stock block 5.7
09+ Factory 5.7 heads Milled, ported/polished with big block chevy springs.
American racing headers 1 7/8th long tubes and catless mids.
Ported 6.1 manifold.
4200 converter.
OEM 3:73 challenger rear end.
219/222/112-.560/.560 cam.
Borla catback.
E85.
With the milled heads it was about 13:8:1-14:1 area.
The cars best time was an 11.31 at 120.97 with a 1.66 60' spinning out the hole.
Was a consistant 11.50 car with 118/120 traps.
If i had better tires on for the day of 11.30's i know i could of got a 10.99 out of it. I was normall cutting 1.58-1.60 60's and the one day i change tunes, get some more power i had **** tires.

If I pulled up next to you, you'd sure as hell surprise the hell out of me.
I think you have the most impressive 5.7 R/T Charger I've heard of. Sweet deal man.

Thanks.
Theres a forged 5.7 stock displacement etc with a bit bigger cam, better porting on the heads in a challenger that at 4000lbs (our race class limit) is running 10.70's at 127 NA.
My car now has an 11:1 6.1 based 392 stroker in it. No times or numbers yet. But it has stock srt catback on it with catted kooks mids. Stock wheels with snow tires on it. No one expects anything. Ever. Its great haha.
