Ls3 vette would have gave a better run. Picking on a 340whp stock bolt on vette lol. Gt500 does good.

I see most bolt on LS2 c6's and gto's make around 360ish whp.

I'd like to run a stock gt500, my friends gto on spray walked one hard. We were door to door when I ran my friends gto.

Yea I think we would be a decent run with the intake pulley and tune.

Gt500 is nearly stock as well. He hung in there about how I expected as he is a good driver and the car runs strong but 4-5 cars in a 65-70mph pull is pretty damn good.

You consider an intake, pulley, and tune on a factory blown car nearly stock? I guess parts-wise it's nearly stock, but power-wise it's FAR from it. We're not talking a few bolt-ons that pickup 15-20 rwhp on an NA car. Even a mild pulley upgrade with a tune and intake on a GT500 nets VERY impressive power gains. That car would murder a stock GT500 of the same year if they were both driven properly.

An intake, tune, and muffler delete on a stock C6 motor is not even close to comparable in terms of a power gain when placed against an intake, tune, and pulley swap on a stock GT500 motor. The number and size of the parts swapped on each might be similar, but let's not be naive here.

Sure whatever you guys say it has 2 boltons and a tune regardless of power gains it is still close to stock. Also stock for stock it would be a good run nobody would get murderd lol
