It's obviously just a difference in point of view and you're entitled to your own, but in my mind significantly increasing boost on a blower/turbo car moves it past the level of "nearly stock", regardless of how many parts it took to get there. In real life, we care about performance, and performance-wise, a pullied/intake/tuned GT500 is not performing on a nearly stock level. Just my opinion.

two bolt ons and a tune make it close to stock... so let the c6 do tune, muffler delete* and 150 shot and re-race, its only two bolts ons and a tune....right? And still close to stock? ![Bulls#!t](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_bs.gif)
Auto, you never stop amazing me with your next level thinking.

Ok add a kit to the gt500 so what. That is the awesome part about it being a stock blower car big gains with minimum mods.

Whatever line of thinking makes you happy. Like I said, I agree that number of parts-wise it is close to stock, but let's not be naive about factory boosted cars vs factory NA cars. According to your line of thinking, a GT500 with an intake, tune, and muffler swap is on the same level as a GT500 with an intake, tune, and pulley swap because they have the same number of bolt-on parts and nothing else done. They're both "nearly stock", so they're modded at an equivalent level, right?

But bro, the shot adds significant power, a pulley doesn't! ![Rolleyes](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/rolleyes.gif)
Thanks for restating. When you do gains that relate to the efficiency of the blower, that does tend to make them much faster with "minimum mods". Playing it off as a near stock car is an incorrect mindset, however.

Any good troll knows to not quote posts that go against the argument and will disprove them. Same thing he did when mike called him out, excuses out the ***, then story changes, ignored posts. Then sig change from stock to "near stock", ect.
My cars go from stock to "near stock" when I put an air freshener in them, not when I mod them.
Unless its how it came from factory, its not a stock car. Period.
