When did pullied GT500's get so slow? When I had my Camaro that trapped anywhere from 117 to 121 depending on the weather and track, I got MURDERED by every pullied one I raced on the highway. Not just a car or two, but closer to half a dozen lengths through a few gears at best for me. These were basic pullied GT500's making low/mid 500's, the strongest one just over 550 with a smaller pulley and supporting mods. And they were not newer GT500's since the newer ones weren't even out when I had my Z28.

I want to see the dig at the track, no reason it can't be done.
Its funny that autocock is trying to hold the race off so he can mod more, because he knows he needs it..... Funny why? Because the longer he waits the more mods mike is going to have.
I thought the race was supposed to happen at current mod state? I think if autocock gets to keep upping the boost etc etc that it should be run what you brung, ie mike sprays.... Aka autocock getting trampled all over at anything from a dig to a 120mph roll.

Maybe after he is done secret modding his car there can be a middle ground race... Say... Georgia... I know some people there would love to run!

I still have other cars I have not shown yet.
My car goes to Hio. Weight reduction mods,402 install(LS2 based motor),Mamo Fast,lightweight brake rotors front,Lightweight battery,K member,Light weight starter,header upgrade,SS wing install and oil pan flap(1 pound lighter) next time its out....
Looking into light weight ss hood and wing as next round of mods.

How about talking about when you are both able to make it? That is usually how this kind of thing works. Not... Make a 14+ hour trip, but i pull a date out of my *** and if you can't make it you're all talk. What kind of **** is that?
I know for a fact even if you offered to pay me 500$ to come race that day, win or lose, I wouldn't be able to make it.

Thats what i'm saying...lol. There is a great dragstrip in Steel Alabama you can go to or tons of them in GA... If you go the Georgia route a certain almost stock 5.0 might show up also...(Ohio thats your que...lol)
