I thought so. The Gt500 beat it in the vids I seen but it was very close. and it was said the Gt500 runs low- mid 9's or so.

I discovered this last weekend at the track as well... My MN12 tranny is geared low for 1/2/3 but the shift to 4th is a killer.... For some reason I have hell getting a clean/quick shift to 4th and when I do finally get it in 4th, the RPMS drop to 4500 ish and the car seems to have hell pulling back up...(even with a decent amount of power)...I was on 28s and going back to 26" bias plies for sure. My MPH was way low for the power so I know the 4th gear issues are killing me..



BTW your car runs strong as hell and you drive damn good...

Thank man, I want gears extremely bad. I have the same problem by time I really start to get moving in 4th the 1/4 is over.

No way... 4.10's are great for an Max effort na c6... For a fi or nitrous 3.73 or 3.90 will be your best bet.. I have 3.90 and with my h/c it was a killer combo.. Now I'm fi 3.90 seems under geared with the z51 trans.. I need 3.73 or a zr1 trans. It all depends on what you want to do really. If you like digs go with 3.90's and 28in tire... Tops 4th out at 138@6500rpms I believe.. So you'll be almost edging 4th out in the 1/4 which is what you want. With my streets 25in tire 4th ends like 128mph

According to my gearing calculator 4.10's 28in tire mm6 t56 trans he'll be 132mph at 6500rpm.. Since toxic traps 130 without nitrous.. Add a 100 shot I'm sure he don't want to be limited to his rear gear... Just sayin

Hey fellas, I'm here 2 clear up all the rumors about the yellow vette. I never told ANYONE that the car has a ls3. Look at the hood, I put 427 badges on the hood just 4 that reason. I have (1) kit and it's a 100 shot. I didn't pick on you, someone asked me if I would run you. My car is a cam only ls7 with full bolt on's and a 100 shot. Not tryin 2 be an *******, just was racing fair. I knew he has a H/C/I ls2 and I have a cam & bolt on ls7 so I offered back tire and the move. It's not my fault that the car runs pretty good 4 what it is (STOCK bottm end ls7 427 ci not 440ci)! ! ! And also, the reason 4 me reving the car b4 I staged it is 2 clean the plugs off. I had nitrous plugs in it, which was making the car load up. Trust me, I was on the motor.

No doubt your car is fast. You beat me. The person who approached me to race your car told me it was a H/C ls3(I never noticed the 427 badges lol) and I heard it was a 440ci .I mean a cam only ls7 through an auto is putting down about the same power as me. Your heavier and with a bigger tire it just doesn't add up it being a cam only ls7 so I assumed the 440ci rumor was correct.

Im not worried about losing or if I got hustled thats part of the fun. You beat me it was a good race I had fun

I went a lil more than 132, it's a tr6060 and I think you need to fix your calculator. Anyway, toxic c6 i'll make a trip up to hub city sometime next month when they start TNT again on the weekend. I haven't been there in a while.
