Good runs man, we were a good match up for sure. Yea, that was my auto trans not shifting. I had to hold 1st to keep the rpm up, shifted 2nd fine, but it got hung up going into 3rd until I lifted. Thats a 4l60 for ya, lol!

Good meeting up with you GTOSpd...I remembered you telling me that you were a little worried about the trans..Regardless, your car sounds great man and pulls hard. I had a feeling that your car and the Cobra would be a good run..the C6 on the hand it just nasty on the top-end..
If we cruise out to some shows like a C&C, I will let you know. If you want to join in, you are more than welcome.

What's going on with that Mustang at the end of the video? Anyone else notice the odd paint job and NOT a shadow?

Damn man..I have to hand it to you for seeing that!!

The guy who owns that Mustang is a detailer. He also tints glass as well as vinyl wraps some high dollar cars. He showed up today with the yellow wrap on one side of his car just to let everyone see what it looks like.
Stuff is pretty cool, I have to say. It goes on pretty quick and comes off just as fast without removing any paint.

4l60s are garbage... Wonder if a 4l80 swap is possible. The CTS-V autos handles 600--650rwhp with no problems

looked like the cobra was the faster of the cars until bottle pressure became a factor.

I had a performabuilt in my car. Best customer service and 4l60 ive ever seen. My gto made 450whp through the auto/ 4000 converter. It took 4 years of absolute punishment. I bought it for 1900 from them brand new. I sold my car to a friend.... the pump ended up going in the trans. He called performabuilt. Now the trans has been out of warranty for 3 years now. They offered to have him send the trans to them and they will ship him a brand new trans for only 900 bucks. I was in shock that they did that. Trans out of warranty for 3 years.... AND a different owner of the car, still offered him the trans at less then half price. Performabuilt FTW
