I cut a 1.6 60 on my first pass but let off before the very end, now the front bang makes sence since I only heard it once... I lifted the left front tire, and was the first time in my life that this has ever happend. Im proud but disappointed. That could of been an easy 11.2/11.3 all motor pass if I didnt let out, but then again, never expected that from the get go.
Goes to show, the 5.0 wouldnt of had a chance from a low roll or dig, my bald tires is what the issue was... no bs!
Overall im happy with the bird, and can say my shitbox can lift the wheel, lol. 150 shot.... 10s.... no problem.

nice times. not sure the 5ho would've put up much of a race, but it's hard to say with a no-show. i'd work on getting that car to hook before you throw any n2o at it from a dig. that car should go low 1.6x every time, even with stock or neat stock suspension. put a tq arm and some lcas on it, pull the front sway bar i'd expect to see mid 1.5s on motor. mid-high 1.4x on n2o.

It is ghetto for sure lol but grudge fest is fun, win a lot of money. My neighbor comes out he has 2 4.70 cars for that class and the outlaw 10.5 is a good event. It just isn't sponsored or anything, hows SD I've never been.

Yea his cars are no joke, both big block chevys. 2 seconds in the 8th take some big money. He's a engine builder and has a double decker trailer he pulls with a semi. Outta my league

I was behind that car and stalled 3 times in a row!!!... cant drive for shizzle thats for sure. Finally they just told him to go without the tree. Lol, bad *** car for sure though.

To get down to the 5.80 range I will be doing forged internals, Boss crank, taking boost from 11/2lbs to 18-20lbs, and maybe a set of custom blower cams from L&M. Boost alone will gain 160-190whp and be a lot safer then power I am making now. I was at 640-650whp when I went 10.3. Car sits at 713whp now. But its at the ragid edge on 93 octane with the weak internals.
