yea is a little difficult to understand the hating since I rub fenders with all kinds at meets and car shows, I mean even the ricers have some interesting **** that would waffle me with a side of toast. Anyway, My dad had the 3800 in a Bonneville and he swears was that best damn engine he'd ever had and he reports got over 30mpg in that boat!

Depends on the curve. You gotta give more detail than just "413 RWHP".. if thats a broad TQ curve and not just a lopey cam with a peaky curve, then I'd say it should be a decent match. Gear, stall, manual, tires, etc?
My pile made 385 RWHP thru the cat-back, but gained 2 tenths with the cut out open, so I'm guessing there's around 400 RWHP in there..ran my ET with the cut out open..do 99-02 Vipers run 11.6 in mid summer?
