bolt-ons ls1, headers, 3" duals, lid, tune, 4.11s
5.0- cat back, cai, handheld tune
trans am- 12.4@113
5.0- 12.6@112
5.0 also redlighted by a tenth.
Sorry that there isn't any sound gopro messed up for some reason. Also this is not a street race but is a kill, if not wanted here delete. My car had drag radials but I wasn't launch on them because Im still on the stock torque arm so and launches I got some wheel hop and spun. 60 ft was 1.8 his was 2.0. if i recall correctly.
and this is a run with a dodge dakota for ***** and giggles, this one has sound

both 6 speed cars. I forget what the DA was but it was higher, however it was only about 40 or so degrees. I had 275/40/17 pirellis up front on heavy chrome c6 replicas, and 275/40/17 mt et streets on factory 17x9.5 zr1's. Like I said though wasnt really launching hard was too cold to hook up and I was having wheel up issues thanks to my stock torque arm.

Its true he's running out of MPH in 4th at 112-113 lol with 17s (or 18s?) on, if he were to go to a 26" tire it would top out even sooner. On the street thats terrible, he would have to throw 5th (over drive) on the street. Not enough RPM/Motor infront those gears.

Taking that car to redline in 4th is 115mph. At his current caliber, why would he need to go any faster than this on the street?
If and when he throws a cam in her, spins her to 6800, that's 126mph and gettin' there in a hurry.

No with that said how did notch and I get his semi bolt-on car to go 116+......I can tell you it wasn't with 4.10's.

Actually 113mph is "redline" 6000rpm in 4th. Works great if that's all the faster you can go I guess. It's also awesome if you like being 600rpm past peak power......she pulls real good then

Redline is 6200 AFAIR. Been a while since I was in an LSx. And isn't the point of shifting past peak power to drop you in a better point of the powerband in the next gear? Why are you arguing agains't this? Another Hio-fantasy land no-no?
Get over it dude. You're stuck in your own little box and you're not convincing the vast majority of people out there that have proven success doing what you claim is "wrong".

Most of my runs end at 120-130 on the street. Last run i did was from 30ish and i shifted 5th looked down at i was at like 150-155 or something? Idk depends what you mostly do, personally id like room to grow. 40-115 is like 75 mph. Sick race brah.

Actually your right for some reason i thought he was running 275 50s or something. Not sure what OP was reving to but stock rev limit on an LS1 is 6200 which is 115 mph.
