If those mods are correct, it makes 380-390 and traps 116-119.

Most z06's I've seen trap 116-117 stock. I'd think he'd b e able to get 120-121 fairly easy with full bolt ons. T/a looked like he was sleeping when the z took off tho

Maybe a max effort set up, sure it has that potential like the top ten here, but 9 times out of ten they are under 120 w/ bolt ons.

I really can't fathom how a low 4xxwhp (REAL full bolt on) car that weighs 3100 or less without driver can't go 120 in the 1/4. Maybe if it was a **** driver, okay. Look at all the ones that trap under 117, they aren't even close to full bolt on....

I agree man. A competent driver should be able to take a c5 z to 120 plus, I've seen it multiple times. Notice some of those cars on that fast list dont even have lts. Most stock z's trap around 116-117 full bolt ons will easily be over 120. Lt's, intake, tune ported tb, tire, udp and MAYBE gears should easily get you over 120.

Assuming they only trap 118 should put them even with a healthy bolt on 5.0... And we all know how that race goes down.

As always mileage will vary... hell high DA can make a pass look slow compared to an Atco pass in perfect conditions.

EWP and Roller rockers would make a good deal more power aswell, so would i lighter clutch etc... I guess you can consider that "max effort" but honestly its what a true full bolt on setup is.

yeah, well this is the problem with "bolt ons." ....What does that even mean? With most people that could be a 20whp difference. I think there should be a sticky of some sort for all LS owners on what is considered to be a "full bolt on car" and what is not.

I think a full bolt on car would be all bolt ons available besides a cam or head work, or offcourse some sort of power adder. Ive seen people think intakes aren't bolt ons lol.

x2...

I even consider rockers bolt-on on push rod engines. Some don't but it does not change any characteristics of a engine at all, just frees up a little power. It starts to get real deep anymore when guys can mess with cam timing and all just by tuning it with these vvt engines. Technology is wonderful.

I agree as well...I'm just saying, seems like more people with LS cars claim something their car isn't which in turn makes them look slower.

If we could all be like SVTP and list everything you have done since the second you bought the car there would be little room for bench racing error
