The 2004-2005 Monte Carlo SS has an L67 3.8 V6 with 240HP and FWD. I think they also made a supercharged Impala in those years, but I'm not sure. The LS4 is quicker, by a bit. They're both still slow cars though...losing to today's N/A V6's.
The 2012 Impala has a 3.6 V6 with 323 HP, it'll kick an 08's ***.

This makes sense, my stock lt1 only made 275 horsepowers and the ls4 has 303.
J/k... I'm with Marc on this...my 1995 a4 z28 went 14.1 @ 97 on a 2.1 60ft (1951 DA) Corrected to 13.79 @ 99mph. Should have been a good race IMHO.
