What have I noted over the past few days in SRK.... I have a bunch of these "pros" at street racing tell me how stupid I am because of "XXXX" "XXXX" or whatever... This goes from how to shift my stalled auto, how to launch, what tires are ok, what mph means in racing, what 60' and et means, etc etc...
Sometimes I forget that I'm talking to people with 12-13 second cars, lite bolt ons, cars trapping sub 115mph, cars that don't have trouble with traction with a 315 DR, etc etc...
They forget that I spray the same amount of nitrous their car makes, I run 2 seconds quicker than them in the 1/8, I spin on 325 DRs, I out trap them by 20mph, the list goes on, I white smoke normal street tires at 60+mph.
It is frustrating to hear some of the **** they "know to be fact" when it is so far from the truth..... Once you get up to decently powered cars the "rules" change a bit. Who gives a flying **** about slow ****?

I'm just gunna say that every race in my car, I have left in just drive. With the stall, and built tranny it takes maybe 1/2 a second to downshift. From a roll, with the stall I always jump out hard a car or two, if the other car is faster it has to play catchup.

I understand that, a stock stalled auto is hell... Small converters act completely different.

So to review, stoppy drops random vid of a Mach beating an LS1. Razor takes the bait and retorts with a video of a Mach beating an LS1 twice? Razor keeps repeating that the Camaro is stock but it lists mods in the vid. Said LS1 from Razor's vid loses both races but with being behind at the end of both races he still wins....carry on.

I think maybe Razor is taking the Mustang vs. Camaro rivalry a little too personal. I've been walked by 4.6's before, have no clue what they were blowing or spraying, makes me want more mods!

Ah, I see. Hating and understanding are two different things though. All he needs to say is that he hates them. But to say a 4V is garbage is simply ignorant. But he did drop a bunch of money into a FWD Regal, so nothing should be a shock coming from him.
