No this wasn't a grudge match or the product of **** talking, just me and one of the sgts in my unit decided we wanted to run, his bike against my camaro, straightaway side road probably a lil over a half mile long, we line up he honks 3 times and we hit it, he jumped out in front probably about 5 or 6 lengths immediately, I expected this, but after that the distance stayed the same up until about 80mph, then I started to reel him in, slow at first but by 100mph the distance was down to about 3 lengths and by around 115 we were even, from then on out it was me pulling away from him, obviously in a 1/4 mile he would've kicked my ***, but from a dig against a bike even though a cruiser I think it was a pretty good run, he has since then done straight pipe exhaust and had the bike tuned, and once we get back from annual training I'm doing headers, true duals, ported tb and a tune myself, so hopefully we can get another run in sometime and see if either one of us fair better.

Ive owned a few cruisers in the past and yes, they do move out from a dig, the ones with bigger displacement engines... Up top they have nothing... They are great light to light drag racers. Cruisers arent known for their top speed...

Yea that bike is badass not gonna lie, 1700cc with an r1 front clip, definitely no good up top but like I said, 1/4 mile he would've killed me,

His samurai was blue when he got it, but now its flat black, so far all that's done is a spring-over lift, rebuilt motor and trans, put the myside kit on it with a Harley Davidson carb and a mechanical locker for the rear diff, went out in it at a place around here called carver mill, ran into a bunch of guys with some serious jeep rigs, 10k builds, and this lil samurai supprised the hell out of all of us, it was goin in most of the same places they were and still goin strong, I underestimated the hell out of it,
