Think the T/A is on a 150, The C6 is on a 125, both Autos

Those new 2013 GT500's aint ****, they run high 11's on shitty tires yes but they are beasts of a car. heavy as well.

Mods on gt500? A stock one should not have pulled on the ta like that unless he was having issues.

i know 660 hp is a lot but shouldnt that TA be making similar power unless that driver wasnt spraying on those runs because it wasnt even close.

Really? Did everyone miss the fact that his Trans was not slipping causing him to fall behind badly? Lol rebuild or 350 and do another race.

TA had both a totally shot transmission and either a shitty nitrous kit that only worked sometimes, or a driver who lets out whenever he feels something isn't right. My bet is a finicky nitrous setup (window switch, fuel pressure cutout switch, bottle pressure sensor, or bad wiring could all cause it to not kick in).

Either way, GT500 rolls out good. If I don't get another GTO, I'll get a newer GT500. Sorry fellas, but vettes are designed for short people, CTS-V's are nice but I'm a white guy and under 50, 5th gens are too retro inside with annoying ergo's so they are out, and SRT8 line is just too damned wide/long/heavy/expensive for me. < having to do 3 point parking in every store parking lot is just ridiculous, not to mention the horrible gas mileage.

There local to me, IMO theres something wrong with that T/A. On motor its a turd for its mods.

W/ the shot the TA is probably making somewhere around 500 to the rear give or take being an auto, that being said hes still getting killed by the GT500....plus its never a good idea running a stick from a roll.

Negative. My cam only car on a 100 shot made over 500rwhp thru an auto. He's heads/cam which should be around 420ish on motor alone assuming there decent and it's tuned by someone worth a ****.

Im making close to 400 rwhp through a A4 in my WS6 if any thing this H/C and Nitrous T/A is making like 550 +/- hp that's my best guess but there has been people to make over 500rwhp all motor in these LS1 cars it hard but its due-able. If I get better heads then Ill be closer to 450 rwhp, the only reason why Im not over 400 rwhp is because i have stock heads that have been ported and milled but they run good. I could also get better headers considering my 1-3/4 aren't Ideal for making power not saying I cant make good numbers with them just saying 1-7/8 are better.
